The Australian Fed Cup Team is very confident heading into their World Group II Playoffs to be held in April. Team captain David Taylor believe his team will have a great chance if everyone plays up to their potential, the hardest part for Taylor is now deciding on the mark-up of his team.

“Yeah, we expect to win, anything less than that and we’d be very disappointed,” Taylor told media on the eve of the Fed Cup draw.

With the inclusion of Australian Open 2009 quarterfinalist Jelena Dokic in the four-woman squad that includes Sam Stosur, Casey Dellacqua and doubles specialist Rennae Stubbs, Taylor is confident of his team’s chances.

“Three girls in the top 100 and really they’re actually around top 30 players … so if everyone plays to their potential it’s a very dangerous team.”

“That’s probably the biggest dilemma. I think Sam and Jelena are obviously the two form singles players, so I think it would be hard to go past them for the [two] singles spots, but if Casey has a really good practice [over the] next couple of days [then] depending on the fatigue levels of everyone [then] based on all those factors [we] will [decide] who plays singles.”
