David Nalbandian Focused on Wimbledon Return

David Nalbandian is expected to be fit for Wimbledon. David has sets his sights on competing once again at The Championships starting on June 21.

Nalbandian was forced to pull out of Roland Garros this year because of a hamstring injury. Nalbandian’s medical team has asked him to not accept an invitation to play the Queens Club event, just so he will be ready for Wimbledon.

The popular Argentine said, “I am very focused on my recovery, I am training in double shifts to try to play Wimbledon.”

Will be good to see David at Wimbledon. He was building some good momentum this year, everything seemed to be coming together in Monte Carlo, and then the inury.

He may be deep in the bush at the moment, but he really looks like he has some upper level play left in him.
