It seems like Novak Djokovic has the pick of the draws for the Sony Ericsson Open 2012 in Miami. Andy Murray looks like he has the toughest run to the final!

Round Djokovic Nadal Federer Murray
1st Bye Bye Bye Bye
2nd Baghdatis Into Jar Harrison Istomin
3rd Troicki Stepanek Roddick Raonic
4th F. Lopez Nishikori Monfils Simon
Quarter Del Potro Tsonga / Isner Fish Berdych
Semi Federer Murray Djokovic Nadal

I’d say Federer has the easiest run to the Semis. Harrison is still inexperienced, he runs circles around Roddick and has the easiest Quarters by far with the out-of-form Fish. The only real test before the Semis would be Monfils, but their head to head and Monfils’ low match count this season should make it fairly simple for Roger.

Novak has DelPo in the quarters, and no one wants that. The rest shouldn’t be too much of a problem for him, though Troicki did come dangerously close to beating him in that US Open 2010 match.

So in terms of ease I’d say it’s Federer, Djokovic, Nadal and then Murray who, I agree, does have the toughest road to pave for the final.
