Sixteen Year old Michelle Larcher De Brito Beats Jie Zheng at the French Open

Sixteen year old Michelle Larcher De Brito has caused a big upset in the second round of the French Open. The first ever Portugese in the main draw has beaten fifteenth seed Jie Zheng of China 6-4 6-3.

Michelle has now setup a third round match against Aravane Rezai of France in which she really has a great chance to reach the round of 16 at her first ever grand slam. If she does get into the round of 16 she will face world number one Dinara Safina.
