Everything was going smoothly at the event, but something eventually happened during Venus’s match with Pennetta. It was a point like any other and Venus was stretching out wide to get to the ball. However, as she was returning to the ready position, her dress strap just snapped causing her to almost have a “Janet Jackson” moment.

It’s definitely not the first time Venus had experienced problems concerning her court outfits, but at least she was able to avoid unnecessary exposure. The incident definitely caused a buzz in the stadium and the players were just as amused by the scene.

As you can see is  a yellow dress and in the interview she said that the dress was inspired by Paris and most of all from the Eiffel Tower .

The creative director said that it’s quite heavy but breathable and allows any movement for the tennis player.

Janice Lucena the creative director, said that this year they chose, together with Rafa, to be inspired by the four elements of the earth.

That’s why they chose blue outfit, so  the colour will be fighting with the clay of the Roland Garros courts .

Inside of the t-shirt it is written a special detail  : ” VAMOS RAFA!”.

Behind instead, there’s  Rafa’s bull logo.

Viktor Troicki was an amazingly player last year and increased his ranking to the number 28 spot in the world. Troicki also became a hero when his country won the Davis Cup for the very first time. Viktor Troicki has announced that he has signed a new clothing sponsorship deal with Adidas for the 2011 season.

This is a great achievement for Troicki who is now sponsored by what I think as the top tennis clothing brand at the moment.

Founded in 1965, Joma broke onto the tennis scene in 2008, signing Lopez to a multiple year contract. Do Joma really need to focus more on signing some more top players or should they just just try to actually produce quality clothing?

Potito Starace had a great look on-court at Roland Garros. I only saw one of his matches but really wanted to find out who made his clothing, in the end its Le Coq Sportif.

The longish shorts have a dash of red over one pocket and orange over the other. The faded blue bandana and signature neck-wear add distinct personality — cool kit.
