Svetlana Kuznetsova is planning on giving away most of the prizemoney from her French Open title to her church!
“I am planning to buy an accommodation in Moscow, I am still renting an apartment. Also, I have promised to myself to buy a good expensive watch. The majority of the money I am going to donate to my church. There the director of orthodox temple is my spiritual father. I try to to be there as often as possible, to think about something personal, something eternal. But I have a very busy schedule. Occasionally, the father himself visits me. … No matter how strange it sounds, I am a very religious person and try to attend church even in other countries.”
Is it just me or does this simply sound crazy. Maybe it is time I started the next religion and then got people to give their money to me.

Oh the life of a professional tennis player must be fun. Novak Djokovic has to be a player who is enjoying his time as a professional tennis player the most. Djokovic always seems to be making jokes and doing funny ads and more. I would love to hang out with him on tour and just cause mayhem.
During Roland Garros Djokovic appeared at Ana Ivanovic’s press conference and pretended to be a journalist. At teh end of the new conference a “journalist” raised his hand and asked “Tell us something about your love or private life”.
Everybody then turned around to see Novak Djokovic asking the question. Novak was in the room because he had the press conference straight after Ana. Ana obviously didnt respond to the question but simply game him a hand shake on her way out.
“Well everybody asked only professional questions, why didn’t someone asked her something personal” – Nole continued joking when when he sat down ready to answer questions for his press conference.

Potito Starace had a great look on-court at Roland Garros. I only saw one of his matches but really wanted to find out who made his clothing, in the end its Le Coq Sportif.
The longish shorts have a dash of red over one pocket and orange over the other. The faded blue bandana and signature neck-wear add distinct personality — cool kit.
The look? Le Coq Sportif: Challenger Black Tee, Club Black Short and Myth Tennis Shoe in white and champagne.
Stay tuned to ShopLeCoq for these good looks coming soon at retail.

Dinara played a great match this morning against Dominika Cibulkova, defeating the less experienced player 6-3 6-3. While the match this afternoon was a great one to watch as it was back and forth. Svetlana Kuznetsova won the first set 6-4 then was leading slightly in the second set 6-5 and then 5-2 in the tiebreak, but was unable to capitalise on her opportunities and Samantha Stosur came back to win the second set 7-5 in the tiebreak. In the final set Svetlana has taken an early lead and built up a 5-2, before closing out the match 6-3 in the third set.
