Andy Murray and Kim Sears have visited the Burberry Spring/Summer 2012 Womenswear Fashion Show in Kensington Gardens, London. Its good to see Andy is getting in touch with his feminine side.
There was a very interesting article on the Telegraph that stated Andy Murray’s girlfriend was struggling to find a job. Andrew Castle statted live on air:
But during the broadcast Castle, who quit ITV last year, told viewers: “I was speaking to Kim’s dad Nigel (a tennis coach) and he said Kim is struggling right now to find a job.
“So if anyone out there is listening there’s a lovely young lady who wants a job.
“This could be the first time someone gets a job via a TV commentary.”
However, the best comment of the article was from Andy stating:
“She doesn’t want to follow me around on tour. She wants to have her own career, not just pose in Hello magazine.”
I know Andy’s comment was from 2009, but it fits in very nicely with Novak Djokovic and his girlfriend Jelena Ristic just posing for Hello Magazine!
Guess who is the new coach of Ana Ivanovic… Thats right its Andy Murray’s girlfriends father! Andy Murray is with Kim Sears who happens to be the daughter of Nigel Sears. Nigel was the head of Women’s tennis at the LTA, but has now quit the day job to become Ana Ivanovic’s new coach.
“I couldn’t be happier,“ said Ana. “I’ve admired Nigel for some time now, and I can’t wait to start working with him on court.”
Andy Murray has been struggling with on-court form of late, but he seems to be doing a little bit better off-court. At Murray’s Queens Club match yesterday his ex-girlfriend seemed to stop by to watch. Kim Sears who broke up with Murray last December, mainly cause he spent too much time playing his Playstation, is back on the schene and looking good!
