Maria Sharapova – 2000 Junior Tournament (vs. Shuai Peng)
We came across an old video of Maria Sharapova (aged 13) playing Peng Shuai (aged 14) in the final of the junior clay court tournament Torneo dell’Avvenire in Italy. Peng went on to defeat Sharapova in this final 6-1 6-2, but only four years later Maria won Wimbledon.
