USC are again NCAA 1 National Champions

The University of Southern California are US College NCAA 1 national champions for the fourth straight time! USC defeated Virginia 4-2 to clinch the title.

Virginia lost to Southern California for the fourth straight year in the tournament and for the second consecutive year in the finals.

Steve Johnson, the No. 1 seed in the upcoming NCAA singles tournament and the event’s defending champion, gave Southern California the lead with a 6-3 6-2 win over Jarmere Jenkins to provide him with his 66th consecutive victory.
